The Service provides educational analytics and explanations of market indicators only. It does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice.

• Account Information. If you sign in with Google, we receive your basic profile and authentication data (e.g., name, email, avatar).
• Educational Queries & History. When you use the Service, we may process the tickers, terms, and prompts you submit to generate educational summaries (not recommendations) and store them in your history for your convenience.
• Usage Data. We collect information about how you use the Service (pages viewed, features used, timestamps, device/browser type, approximate location derived from IP, and performance metrics).
• Cookies & Similar Technologies. We use strictly necessary cookies to operate the Service and, with consent where required, analytics cookies to understand aggregate usage. See “Cookies & Analytics” below.

2. How We Use Information

• To operate, maintain, and improve the Service and its features.
• To generate educational summaries, explanations, and examples using model APIs (e.g., OpenAI) — not trading or investment recommendations.
• To prevent abuse, maintain security, and troubleshoot issues.
• With consent where required, to perform privacy-respecting analytics.
• To communicate important updates about the Service.

Where applicable, we process personal data on these bases:

• Model Inference: OpenAI (processing prompts and context to return educational summaries).
• Analytics (optional/consented): Google Analytics (GA4) or similar privacy-centric tools.
• Hosting/Infrastructure: Our cloud and CDN providers.

These providers may process data in other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses) for international transfers.

5. Cookies & Analytics

We use strictly necessary cookies to deliver core functionality (e.g., session management). We only use analytics cookies with your consent (if applicable in your region). You can change or withdraw consent via your browser or any cookie settings interface we provide.

6. Retention

We retain account information and your educational query history for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion, or after a period of inactivity, we delete or anonymize data unless we must retain it to comply with law or resolve disputes. Typical retention for analytics is 14–26 months (or shorter where supported).

7. Security

We apply reasonable organizational and technical measures (e.g., access controls, encryption in transit, environment isolation, least-privilege access). No system is completely secure; you are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe.

8. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA/UK where consent rules apply). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us at privacy@mytradingaiagent.com to request deletion.

10. CPRA/US State Disclosures

• “Sell” or “Share” of Personal Information: We do not “sell” personal information for monetary consideration. We do not “share” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
• Sensitive Personal Information: We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes requiring a right to limit under CPRA.
• Non-discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

The Service provides educational analytics and explanations about market indicators. We do not provide financial, investment, or trading advice, do not offer brokerage or execution services, and do not issue personalized recommendations.
